Applied Geophysics for Environmental Site Assessment

Course Description: This one-day course empowers participants to employ advanced geophysical methods to detect contaminants, map subsurface features, and develop comprehensive environmental site assessments. Participants will learn how to apply techniques such as electrical resistivity tomography, electromagnetic methods, and ground-penetrating radar to address environmental challenges. The course concludes with a session on selecting the most appropriate geophysical tools for environmental site assessments and integrating geophysical data into environmental remediation strategies.
